The service I provide:

I provide short and long term online psychotherapy and counselling to individuals over the age of 18. I especially work online with creatives and performers navigating grief, loss and identity shifts. This can include career transitions, creative blocks, personal change as well as bereavement.

Online therapy offers flexibility for irregular schedules, rehearsals, touring and travel, while allowing you to work from your own space to help you feel grounded. Meeting virtually can also provide continuity and emotional safety during periods of transition providing an emotional anchor when other areas of life and work may be in flux.

Often we will look at what your life has been like prior to coming to therapy. We will explore how the things that have happened to you, and the relationships around you have impacted your life in the present. This will hopefully give you greater insight into your thought patterns and behaviours. This increased awareness will provide you with more freedom to choose a path towards a happier life.

Next steps:

To begin with we will have an initial consultation over the phone. This is an opportunity for me to get to know a bit more about what you’re hoping to get from therapy. It’s also a chance for you to get to know me a bit more. I hope that after this phone call you will have a better idea of whether I’m the right therapist for you.

After the initial consultation we will arrange a time for you to have your first session. Sessions generally take place on a weekly or fortnightly basis and are 50 minutes long.
